About us

Schedio Architects is a Hyderabad-based design-and-build firm. We design and execute homes, farmhouses, cafs, schools, healthcare and commercial spaces. Were growing quickly and need someone to own billing, payments and collections across our active projects.

What you’ll do

Client billing and collections

- Prepare and raise client invoices and stage-wise running bills as project milestones are completed
- Follow up with clients regularly for payments by phone, email and in person, until the money is received
- Maintain a weekly receivables tracker showing what’s due, overdue and expected for each project
- Coordinate with project managers to confirm work completion before billing

Vendor and contractor payments

- Check vendor and contractor bills against purchase orders, quotations and material actually delivered on site
- Follow up with vendors for pending bills, invoices, GST-compliant documents and reconciliations
- Prepare weekly payment schedules for vendors, contractors and labour, for partner approval
- Manage petty cash and site expense records

Accounts and compliance

- Maintain books in Tally (or Zoho Books): purchases, sales, journal entries and bank reconciliation
- Prepare data for GST returns and TDS (especially TDS on contractor payments), and coordinate with our CA firm for filing




- Track costs project by project, so we know the profitability of every site
- Prepare easy monthly reports on cash flow, receivables, payables and project costs

What we’re looking for

- 3 years in accounts, ideally at a construction, interiors, contracting or real-estate company
- Hands-on with Tally, GST, TDS and Excel
- Confident and polite on the phone. You’ll be chasing payments, so persistence matters.
- Organised, detail-oriented and trustworthy with money
- Good English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus
