Job Title: Accounts Cum Payment Collection Executive

Job Location: Rama Road, Kirti Nagar

We are looking for an Accounts Cum Payment Collection Executive to manage daily accounting activities, follow up with customers for outstanding payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Prepare invoices, payment receipts, and account statements.
- Maintain customer ledgers and payment records.




- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for timely payment collection.
- Prepare daily and monthly payment collection reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of all payments received.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payment collection.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally is preferred.
- Positive communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Relevant experience in accounts and payment collection will be an advantage.
