- Proficiency in financial reporting, including preparation of trial balance, financial statements, and management reports, with exposure to budgeting and cost analysis.
- Experience with audit support and compliance, including maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to accounting standards, and following internal controls.
- Comfort with accounting software and MS Excel, including working with spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis tools.
- CA Inter qualification, with a solid understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or trading sectors is an advantage.
