Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end financial accounting, taxation, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.
2. Manage financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
3. Drive month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring robust reconciliations and audit readiness.
4. Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making and cost control.
5. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audit execution and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
6. Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving tax laws.
7. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of nancial information.
8. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyse budget vs actual.
9. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualications & Experience:





- Qualied Chartered Accountant/ CA Inter
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related eld
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in nance and accounting roles

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of nancial reporting standards (Indian GAAP, Ind-AS) and regulatory Compliance
- Experience in preparing nancial statements, including balance sheets, prot & loss accounts, and cash ow statements
- Understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and experience in compliance and ling

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in nancial control roles within large organizations or multinational Corporations
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) and their alignment with Indian standards
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to align nancial controls with business
