We are looking for Junior / Senior Accounting & Reporting Analyst to work from JP Nagar Location

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of account for clients across sectors, including entries, ledger scrutiny, accruals and bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare and review data for GST returns, TDS deductions and returns, and advance tax workings
- Coordinate directly with client finance teams on data, queries and timelines.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS for clients: budget versus actual, variance analysis, cash flow and key financial ratios.
- Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards and reporting templates.
- Analyse financial data to highlight trends, exceptions and points needing management attention.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting, finalisation and reporting,



in a CA firm or an in-house finance team.
- Working knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST and TDS compliance.
- Nice to have: exposure to / familiarity with investment funds.

Skills:
- Robust written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement. The role involves direct contact with client management, finance teams and auditors, so the candidate must be able to draft clear emails and reports, explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders and handle client queries independently.

- Sound accounting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books
