We help businesses streamline their operations through software implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing customer support.

We are looking for a Software Support & Implementation Executive with a strong accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate should understand accounting principles and financial workflows and be capable of helping clients implement and use accounting and business management software effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with software implementation, configuration, and setup.
- Understand client requirements and configure software according to their business needs.
- Provide functional support for accounting and business management software.
- Assist clients with sales, purchases, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Help clients configure chart of accounts, opening balances, and financial settings.
- Support inventory accounting, VAT configuration, and financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot accounting-related software issues and coordinate with the development team when necessary.
- Conduct client training sessions and explain software features and accounting workflows.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with data migration and verification of accounting records.




- Maintain implementation documentation and support records.

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, accounting software support, or software implementation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles is mandatory.
- Understanding of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and VAT.
- Ability to understand business accounting requirements and translate them into software configurations.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn recent software applications and technologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or business management applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, ERPNext, Tally, or other accounting and ERP software.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
- Experience in software implementation, customer support, or user training.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data migration.
