About us: M/s Pooja Enterprises supplies and fabricates structural steel for infrastructure, power, solar, railway and industrial projects. Our fabrication shop is at Ankurhati / Dhulagari, Howrah, West Bengal.

Role: Accountant. You will maintain the company books in TallyPrime and keep GST, TDS and payments accurate and on time.

Responsibilities

- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal and debit/credit note entries in TallyPrime
- Prepare GST tax invoices, e-way bills and e-invoices
- Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B; reconcile with GSTR-2B
- Book TDS entries and support quarterly returns
- Bank reconciliation; maintain debtor and creditor ledgers
- Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments; prepare payment schedules for vendors




- Prepare monthly MIS and keep records ready for audit

Requirements

- B.Com (M.Com/CA-Inter/CMA-Inter a plus)
- 3–5 years in a trading or manufacturing company
- Solid TallyPrime, GST and TDS knowledge; MS Excel
- Steel, fabrication or engineering industry experience is an advantage
