We help businesses streamline their operations through software implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing customer support.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Software Support & Implementation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in commerce or accounting, an understanding of business processes, and an interest in helping clients use software solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with software implementation, configuration, and setup.
- Understand client requirements and configure software according to their business needs.
- Provide functional support for accounting and business management software.
- Assist clients with sales, purchases, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Help clients configure chart of accounts, opening balances, and financial settings.
- Support inventory accounting, VAT configuration, and financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot accounting-related software issues and coordinate with the development team when necessary.
- Conduct client training sessions and explain software features and accounting workflows.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




- Assist with data migration and verification of accounting records.
- Maintain implementation documentation and support records.

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, software support, or implementation is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and business workflows.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software features clearly.
- Willingness to learn new software applications and technologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or business management applications.
- Knowledge of accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, ERPNext, Tally, or other ERP solutions.
- Understanding of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
- Experience in software implementation, customer support, or user training.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data migration.
