Job Title: Accountant

:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain ledgers.

- Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers as required.





- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.

- Perform day-to-day accounting activities using Tally or other accounting software.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- 0-1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.

- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.

- Positive numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
