Required Qualification* CA Inter / Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting*

3-6 years of relevant experience preferred

Experience in real estate / construction industry preferred

Preferred Software Knowledge* Tally / ERP* MS Excel (Advanced)

Real Estate CRM / ERP systems

Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, journals, and books of accounts.

Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.

Process and coordinate vendor payments, commission payouts, and reimbursements.

Monitor payment schedules and due dates.

Track project-wise profitability and expenses.





Maintain project-wise accounting and cost allocation.

Track sales collections, brokerage payouts, and customer receivables.

Monitor RERA-related financial documentation and compliance.

Handle inventory / booking-related financial records.

Assist in income tax notice replies, banking KYC, and other related work.

Perform any other accounting or finance-related ad hoc work assigned by management
