About the Role

Kveto Business Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain vouchers, ledgers, and expense records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Manage petty cash and track company expenses.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and tax-related activities.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger management, and invoicing.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of income tax and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
