Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and tracking income and expenses.

Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting and cost control activities.



The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with internal teams for accurate financial data, and assisting in audits when required. The Accountant will also help improve financial processes and provide timely reports to management to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, basic taxation concepts, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an education or service-oriented organization is preferred but not mandatory.
