This position is based in VADODARA, Gujarat

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Team Management: Monitor and supervise team performance. Provide training when required
- Year-End Accounts Preparation: Preparation of year-end accounts
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Tasks:



Process issuing invoices to clients and process payments to suppliers
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile the bank statements every month, ensuring data accuracy.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain ledgers and keep journals and financial statements up to date,
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial reports.
- Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff to resolve queries via email and phone
- This job role is for providing Accounting Services to a UK CLIENT. This candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 staff. Training will be provided on using specific software

Salary: Rs. 6.0 Lacs to Rs. 8.5 Lacs P.A. (depending on skills, experience & academics)

Candidate profile – all are ESSENTIAL

- Education: Chartered Accountant OR INTER-CA
- Experience: minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role
- Language Proficiency: Good spoken English
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel
