Key Responsibilities: Record daily purchase, sales and other transactions accurately in Tally Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents. Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare bank, supplier, customer and ledger reconciliations.

Handle GST work:



calculations, reconciliations, return preparation and timely filing. Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices and expense bills against supporting documents. Maintain records of cash transactions, petty cash and business expenses. Conduct monthly and annual internal audits and support statutory audits when required. Identify discrepancies and work with the relevant departments to resolve them. Prepare monthly accounting reports for management.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. Hands-on experience with Tally. Good knowledge of GST, GST returns and reconciliations. Working knowledge of MS Excel for reconciliations and reports. Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to keep financial information confidential. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Languages: Telugu: Mandatory English: Good spoken and written communication Hindi: Preferred Preferred Candidates: Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food products, sweets, namkeen or beverage companies will be an advantage.
