Key Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Accounting Operations: Maintain books of accounts, prepare vouchers, manage purchase and sales entries, and handle accounts payable and receivable.

- GST &
- Statutory Compliance:

Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS (where applicable), e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.

- Banking &

- Reconciliation:

Manage bank transactions, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer outstanding statements, and follow-up for collections.

- Project-Wise Accounting: Track project expenses, material costs, labour costs, service expenses, and profitability for HVAC installation and service projects.

- Inventory &

- Stores Coordination:

Reconcile stock records with accounts, verify material inward and outward transactions, and participate in monthly stock audits along with the Stores team and General Manager.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, expense reports, outstanding reports, cash-flow statements, and management information reports.

- Payroll &

Salary Processing:

Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, salary processing, and timely salary disbursement.

- Vendor &

- Customer Management:

Verify invoices, process payments as per approvals, raise customer invoices,



and monitor receivables.

- Audit &

- CA Coordination:

Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for accounting reviews, audits, statutory compliance, and monthly returns for both companies, wherever assigned.

- Budgetary Control: Monitor expenses against budgets, identify cost variations, and support management in cost control and financial planning.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, tax documents, and other financial records.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- 6–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial accounting.

- Proficiency in Tally, BUSY win Accounting Software, MS Excel,

- Experience in project costing, inventory reconciliation, and vendor/customer account management.

- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
