Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries in the accounting system, preparing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining ledgers. The role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, preparing periodic financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Accountant will help ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local tax regulations, coordinate with internal teams and external auditors,



and maintain organized financial documentation. The role also includes supporting budgeting processes and providing accurate financial data to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of general accounting principles, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, and basic compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory.
