- Day-to-Day Accounting Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers. Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers and receipt entries. Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and supporting documents.

- Ledger Reconciliation Perform regular bank reconciliation. Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers. Identify and resolve differences, missing entries and outstanding items. Ensure books and bank balances are updated and accurate. 3.

Accounts

Receivable &

- Payment Follow-up Maintain customer outstanding reports. Regularly follow up with customers for overdue payments. Coordinate with the sales team regarding outstanding invoices. Track promised payment dates and escalate overdue accounts. Prepare weekly/monthly receivables and ageing reports. 4.

Accounts Payable

Maintain vendor ledgers and outstanding payables.



Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents. Coordinate with management for vendor payments.

- GST &
- Statutory Compliance Support Maintain GST-related accounting records. Reconcile sales/purchase data and GST records. Prepare required data and reports for the company's CA. Coordinate with the CA for GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance. Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are available on time.
- MIS &
- Management Reporting Prepare monthly reports for: Customer outstanding/ageing Vendor outstanding Bank balances Receivables collected Payables due Sales and purchase summaries Highlight unusual balances, overdue payments and accounting discrepancies to management.
