Role Description This full-time Account Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Siliguri, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Account

Specialist will manage client accounts, monitor billing and payments, and support daily financial reconciliation related to transportation services.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing account reports, resolving account discrepancies, and coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves responding to customer queries, supporting contract and rate reviews, and helping improve account processes and documentation.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for handling accounts, data validation, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills for managing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for addressing account-related queries and maintaining positive client relationships.
