Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls across corporate operations and caf outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Monitor caf-wise revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating costs.

2. MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly financial MIS, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Track caf-wise sales, food costs, inventory costs, payroll expenses, and operating margins.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide actionable financial insights to management for business decisions.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS payments and returns, and applicable Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital

- Monitor daily cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding receivables, and payment schedules.
- Monitor bank balances, cash transactions, and payment approvals.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of caf collections, POS sales, online aggregators, and bank settlements.

5. Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits.




- Establish and monitor financial controls, approval processes, and accounting SOPs.
- Identify financial discrepancies, revenue leakages, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of expenses, invoices, and payments.

6. Team Management & Coordination

- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Store Managers for financial data and reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports and accurate accounting records.
- Support process improvements and automation of finance operations.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- CA Inter / CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in the QSR, caf, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet business is preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in financial statements, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and meet strict reporting deadlines.

- Timely monthly book closure and financial MIS submission.
- Accuracy of financial statements and reconciliations.

- Effective monitoring of caf-wise profitability and operating costs.
- Timely vendor payments and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
- Successful audit completion with minimal observations.
- Improved financial controls and reduced revenue leakage.
- Effective cash flow and working capital management.
