What We Are Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science; MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, with 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred.

- Solid ability to manage key accounts, large distributors, and strategic customers.

- Proven interest and capability in business development and lead generation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- Good understanding of industry trends, customer requirements, and market dynamics.

How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact





- Achieve sales targets through existing distributors and by identifying new channel partners and business opportunities.

- Generate and qualify leads through inbound follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.

- Manage customer relationships, provide quotations and commercial documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and complaint resolution.

- Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, fresh orders, and collections to ensure business continuity.

- Maintain an updated customer database and understand customer needs to deliver effective solutions.

- Track competitor activities in the territory and provide regular updates and market insights to the reporting manager.
