ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE Loc: Goregaon [West] Mudita is looking for a relationship-driven skilled who can build strong client relationships, improve engagement, support client progress, and identify success stories and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard clients and explain program structure, sessions, and learning roadmaps

- Track client progress, attendance, engagement, and action steps

- Follow up with clients, resolve concerns, and improve program participation

- Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and internal teams for a smooth client experience

- Collect client testimonials, success stories, and referrals

- Identify relevant upselling and renewal opportunities
