iThink Media is a Mumbai OOH (out of home) advertising agency. We run billboard and LED screen campaigns for brands across real estate, auto, FMCG and BFSI.

We're hiring one person to own the money side of the business. That means getting us registered as a vendor with brands quickly, billing correctly and on time, and making sure we get paid.

What you'll own

- Vendor registrations with brands and agencies. You'll maintain our company document kit and complete registration forms within 48 hours
- Client invoicing within 48 hours of a campaign going live, with PO and proof of display attached
- Auditing past invoices and correcting errors through proper credit and debit notes
- Payment follow ups with client accounts teams by call, email and WhatsApp, plus a weekly ageing report
- Matching vendor bills (printers, mounters, site owners) against each campaign
- GST and TDS reconciliation, including 26AS matching
- A monthly report on billing, collections and gross profit per client

You'll work alongside our group accounts team, who review filings and books,



and take daily priorities from our operations head.

What you'll need

- B.Com (M.Com or CA Inter is a plus)
- 1 to 3 years in accounts, ideally at an agency, media or services company that bills clients on credit
- Hands on with Tally Prime, GST returns, credit and debit notes, and TDS
- Valuable Excel: lookups, pivot tables, clean trackers
- Comfortable calling clients about payments, politely and persistently
- Organised enough that nobody has to remind you twice

- This is a full time, exclusive role, so no part time bookkeeping for other clients
- Compensation: ₹1.8L to ₹2.4L a year, based on experience
