Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries. The role includes preparing and presenting quotations, following up on leads, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and ensuring that service commitments are met.

The Account

Executive tracks shipments, resolves issues, and communicates status updates clearly and promptly. Daily work involves maintaining accurate records,



updating CRM or tracking tools, and supporting revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant logistics services.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate solutions in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present information clearly and handle client queries professionally.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and comfort using CRM or logistics management systems.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving service issues and coordinating with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and customer support.
