Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account and Operation Executive at Nyssara Cosmetics. The role involves managing day-to-day account activities, including tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and inventory. The Account and Operation Executive will support operational workflows such as order processing, logistics coordination, and vendor communication to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.

The role also includes preparing regular reports on sales, operations performance, and account status, monitoring compliance with company processes,



and assisting in process improvements for better efficiency. Collaboration with the finance, marketing, and supply chain teams will be key to ensuring that account management and operations are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Solid account management and client servicing skills, with the ability to maintain organized records and follow up on orders, invoices, and payments.
- Operational and coordination skills, including experience with order processing, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple accounts or operational activities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce operations or account management is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms used for order management, documentation, and remote collaboration.
