- Inspect accident-damaged motorcycles.

- Identify damaged parts and assess repair requirements.

- Prepare estimates for spare parts and labour costs.

- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors.

- Prepare accident photographs, claim documents, and repair estimates.

- Follow up on insurance approvals and claim settlements.

- Explain repair costs, insurance procedures, and claim status to customers.

- Provide regular updates on repair progress.

- Handle customer complaints professionally.

- Maintain accident job cards and insurance records.

- Track pending claims, repair orders, and vehicle delivery status.

- Coordinate with the service manager, spare parts department, and billing team.
