Company Description STEAMzy – Academy of Robotics & Makers is dedicated to fostering a love of innovation in children ages 4–16 through interactive Robotics, STEM, Coding, and Makerspace programs. The academy uses hands-on, project-based learning to help learners explore technology in a fun and engaging environment. Role Description The Academy Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of STEAMzy Academy, including scheduling classes, coordinating batches, and maintaining communication with parents and guardians. The role involves supporting educators with classroom logistics, overseeing student registrations, managing attendance records, and ensuring learning materials and resources are prepared and available. The coordinator will help organize events, workshops, and demo sessions, and will respond to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring consistent presence at the academy to support smooth functioning and a positive learning environment.





Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, educators, and team members.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Comfort with basic technology tools such as email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and learning management or CRM systems.
- Ability to coordinate events, workshops, and activities, including planning logistics and managing participation.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic workplace.
- Prior experience in education, training centers, coaching classes, or child-focused programs is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; strong spoken and written English and local language skills preferred.
- Surat-based candidate who can work full-time on-site and is available for occasional weekend or evening activities, as required.
