Key Responsibilities:

- Manage academic operations, trainers, and student learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement course curricula, lesson plans, and academic standards.
- Monitor training quality, classroom delivery, assessments, and student feedback.
- Conduct trainer evaluations, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of courses, assignments, tests, and certifications.
- Handle student grievances and maintain academic discipline.
- Coordinate with the admissions and management teams to achieve institutional goals.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.




- 3–5 years of experience in academic management or the education industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of curriculum planning, trainer management, and academic operations.
