About the Role

At Universities Nation, we help learners explore flexible higher-education opportunities through our university partnerships and online learning programs.

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand their academic options, evaluate suitable programs, and make informed decisions about their higher education. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their goals, and guiding them towards the right academic pathway.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling: Connect with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and learning preferences.
- Program Guidance: Explain relevant online UG and PG programs, eligibility criteria, course structure, duration, fees, and admission requirements.
- Informed Decision-Making: Help students compare suitable academic options and address their queries with clear, accurate information.
- Admission Assistance: Guide interested students through application procedures, document collection, eligibility checks, and enrollment formalities.
- Follow-ups & Engagement: Maintain regular communication with prospective students,



address concerns, and support them throughout the decision-making process.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and track counselling progress.
- Admission Goals: Work towards individual admission targets while maintaining a student-centric and consultative approach.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates from any discipline with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with an interest in education, counselling, and student engagement are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 3–8 months of experience in EdTech, education counselling, inside sales, or online course admissions will have an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
