: We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counselor to connect with students, explain our courses, arrange office visits, and convert interested students into enrollments. Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact student leads through phone calls and WhatsApp. Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals.

Explain courses, benefits, and career opportunities. Convince interested students to visit the office for counseling. Follow up with students to confirm office visits. Contact students after their office visit and resolve basic queries.

Handle objections and convert interested students into paid enrollments. Explain the admission and payment process. Update lead details in CRM or Google Sheets.



Maintain daily reports and achieve admission targets.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales. Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu. Strong convincing and follow-up skills. Ability to handle student queries and close enrollments.

Basic knowledge of CRM or Google Sheets. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
