CRE – Customer Relationship Executive A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customers, generating current business, and supporting the daily operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers for Gold Loans and NCD (Non-Convertible Debentures).

- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Follow up on loan repayments, collections, and customer enquiries.

- Explain the company's financial products, schemes, and services to customers.

- Support customer retention and achieve assigned business targets.

- Conduct customer follow-ups and market visits to develop business opportunities.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Ability to meet business targets and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
