We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, technical drawings, and 3D visualisation.

Job RoleThe candidate will assist in planning, designing, and visualising residential and commercial interior spaces. The role involves preparing 2D layouts, technical drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders while coordinating with the design team to bring concepts to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, working drawings, and interior design plans.
- Create 3D models, interior views, and realistic renders for client presentations.
- Develop space plans based on client requirements, functionality, and design aesthetics.
- Assist in selecting materials, colour schemes, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare detailed drawings for ceilings, flooring, electrical layouts, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with senior designers, architects,



and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise drawings and 3D models based on feedback from clients and the design team.
- Maintain organised design files, drawings, references, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, software tools, and industry practices.
- Support site visits and execution-related coordination when required.

Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, develop, and coordinate design documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and material specifications aligned with project concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar visualization tools).
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines in office.
