We sell to customers across India and internationally through our own websites and online marketplaces. Key ResponsibilitiesEnquiry Handling

- Respond to all incoming enquiries promptly across chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Understand the customer's space, style, wall size, and budget by asking the right questions
- Recommend suitable designs, materials, and finishes from our collection
- Explain product details clearly, including material, installation, care, and delivery timelines

Lead Generation (Digital Channels)

- Find and approach potential customers on Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms where homeowners and designers are active
- Start conversations, answer questions and bring interested people into our enquiry pipeline
- Build and maintain a prospect list of interior designers, architects, builders, hotels and other bulk buyers
- Send personalised outreach messages and follow up on a set schedule
- Track every outreach and reply so we know which channel is working

Quotation and Conversion

- Prepare accurate quotations based on wall measurements and customisation requirements
- Guide customers through sample orders and convert samples into full orders
- Handle objections on price, quality, and delivery honestly and confidently
- Close orders and collect all details needed for production and dispatch

Follow-up and Relationships

- Maintain a follow-up routine for customers who haven't decided yet
- Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and repeat buyers




- Request reviews and customer photos after delivery
- Encourage repeat orders and referrals from happy customers

Coordination and Records

- Pass confirmed orders to the operations team with complete and accurate details
- Coordinate with the design team for customisation requests and design previews
- Keep every lead and conversation updated in our tracking system
- Share feedback on what customers are asking for, what's selling, and why deals are lost

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer handling, or retail sales (strong freshers are welcome)
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi. You will talk to customers in India and abroad.
- Comfortable selling on chat and WhatsApp, not only on calls
- Willing to approach new customers on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. No prior experience needed, we will train you
- Patient, polite, and persuasive without being aggressive
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets, email, and online tools
- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
- An interest in home décor, interiors, or design is a strong plus

Nice to have: experience selling home décor, furniture, furnishings, tiles, paints, or other customised products; experience dealing with interior designers or architects.
