Key Responsibilities:

- Entity Scrutiny & KYC: Verify business structures (Proprietorships, Partnerships, LLPs, Pvt Ltd) using MCA/ROC, GST portal, Udyam Registration, and PAN records.
- Credit Operations Support: Scrutinize borrower financials (ITR, computation, balance sheets, GSTR-3B/1, and 6–12 months bank statements). Coordinate field visits (FI) and office/factory verification checks.
- Collateral & Legal Checks (Secured Loans): Liaise with empanelled advocates for Title Search Reports (TSR/NEC) and technical valuers for property/machinery valuation reports.
- Compliance & Mortgage Filing: Complete CERSAI search/filing, verify charge creation on MCA, and manage proper state-level stamping and franking.
- Loan Documentation & Disbursement: Prepare loan agreements, hypothecation deeds, board resolutions, and personal guarantees. Set up automated repayment pipelines (NACH, e-Mandates, SPDCs) and clear files for bank disbursement.
- Post-Disbursement Servicing: Maintain secure custody of original title deeds and security documents. Process NOCs,



foreclosure letters, and balance confirmations.
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly MIS on login-to-disbursement TAT and file status.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Banking (B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA).
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of operational experience in MSME, SME, or Business Loan operations within an NBFC, Bank, or Lending Fintech.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) / Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Direct working knowledge of MCA, GST, Udyam, CERSAI, and CIBIL Commercial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).
- Key Strengths: Strong understanding of business financials, high attention to documentation accuracy, and speed in processing files.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
