Job Description: Technical Procurement Executive / Engineer

- Experience: 4–5 years in technical procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Source and procure machinery, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, and technical components.
- Understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams for purchase requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty conditions, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare RFQs, compare technical and commercial quotations, and finalize vendors.
- Generate Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.




- Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for vendor payments and invoice processing.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, warranties, and AMC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procurement policies.
- Required Skills: Vendor management, negotiation, cost analysis, technical evaluation, and MS Excel.
- Preferred Experience: Machinery, engineering, packaging, bottling, or industrial equipment manufacturing, with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
