We are currently looking to hire an Administration and Operations Executive for a work-from-home role with LabChoice Australia. I wanted to check whether you would be interested in this prospect.

LabChoice Australia is an Australian-owned and operated business supplying laboratory glassware, plasticware, instruments and related products. We are seeking a technically minded candidate to manage customer enquiries, support daily operations and maintain accurate product information across our website and eBay store.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle Australian customer emails professionally, including product enquiries, quotations, order updates and after-sales queries.
- Understand customer requirements and research suitable products, checking specifications and compatibility before making recommendations.
- Manage our eBay store, including product listings, customer messages, order queries and listing updates.
- Create and update website product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and product variations.




- Research products using manufacturer catalogues, technical datasheets and supplier information.
- Compare products based on materials, dimensions, capacities, applications and operating specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff and internal teams regarding stock availability, dispatch, backorders and delivery updates.
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer details in Zoho CRM.
- Maintain records of customer correspondence, product information and outstanding tasks.
- Prioritise urgent enquiries while managing ongoing operational work.
- Identify missing or conflicting information and seek clarification before proceeding.
- Work closely with our teams in India and Australia.

This role would suit someone who is organised, attentive to detail, quick to learn and comfortable working with technical product information.
