Position

Sales Coordinator – Inside Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with excellent communication and

coordination skills. The candidate should have experience in inside sales support, customer coordination, lead

management, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Instamart portals and must

know how to communicate with portal teams, manage customer inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support the

sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales coordination and customer support activities
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and online portals




- Manage and coordinate with Instamart portals
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and sales team
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and dispatch
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good customer handling abilities
- Knowledge of inside sales coordination process
- Instamart portal handling knowledge required
- Basic lead management and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP/CRM)
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Experience Required

6 Months to 2 Years experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Customer Support

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA or Marketing background preferred
