Job Description – Floor Manager (Jewellery Store)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage the sales team on the store floor.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Must have good knowledge of gold, diamond jewellery, and jewellery sales.
- Guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper display and maintenance of jewellery products.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the store team.
- Maintain discipline and follow store policies.

Requirements:

- Graduate or 12th pass.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond jewellery, and sales.
- Robust team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
