Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses.
- Plan vehicle placement, dispatch schedules, and material movement.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and project sites.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and maintain transport documents, delivery challans, e-way bills, and invoices.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost-effective logistics operations.
- Maintain records of vehicle movement, freight charges, and delivery status.
- Resolve transportation delays, material shortages, and delivery-related issues.
- Verify transporter bills and coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.




- Prepare daily logistics reports and maintain proper documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation management, dispatch planning, and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
