AIDE Overseas is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will guide students aspiring to study abroad, understand their academic goals, explain suitable study opportunities, and support them throughout the admission process.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in counselling and sales are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on enquiries received through digital marketing and other sources.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and overseas education preferences.
- Guide students regarding suitable countries, courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Explain tuition fees, financial requirements, and education loan options where applicable.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the documentation team to support students during the application process.
- Update student information, follow-up activities, and lead status in the company CRM.




- Achieve individual monthly admission targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple student enquiries.
- Interest in the overseas education industry.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, education consultancy, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
