We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Coach to guide, train, and support our travel sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international flight bookings, GDS systems, and team performance management, particularly for the US and Canada travel markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor travel sales executives to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Provide training on international flight bookings, fare rules, itineraries, and ticketing procedures.
- Ensure effective use of Amadeus GDS for flight reservations, PNR management, reissues, and cancellations.
- Monitor daily team performance, sales targets, conversion rates, and call quality.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide performance improvement guidance.
- Support team members in handling complex customer queries and booking-related issues.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead and management to achieve business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a coaching or senior travel sales role.
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS and international flight bookings.
- Experience with US/Canada travel processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate team members and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable working night shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
