Job Description

Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, stockists, and customers to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Process sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments.

- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.

- Follow up on pending orders, payments, deliveries, and customer queries.

- Prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.





- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.

- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular sales updates to management.

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a business-related qualification is preferred.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
