Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries received through Instagram and other online platforms. The role involves communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, following up on enquiries, and supporting the conversion of leads into showroom visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries received through Instagram and other online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company’s products and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into qualified showroom visits and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the showroom and sales team for further customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions,



and conversions.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with prospective customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead conversion and customer engagement goals.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer handling, or lead conversion.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls and messages.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate information clearly.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working as part of a sales team.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month + performance-based incentives
