About the Role

We're looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You'll be the first voice our prospects hear. You'll turn inbound enquiries into conversations, start new ones through outbound calls, and help businesses see how our solutions can automate their workflows and grow their revenue.

What You'll Do

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Respond to incoming leads quickly and keep them moving through the pipeline
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand each customer's pain points and identify where workflow automation can help
- Present our products and services clearly, answer questions, and handle objections professionally
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead, prospect, and opportunity records in the CRM




- Track customer buying trends and share regular reports and insights with management
- Work closely with the Demand Generation, Business Development, and Marketing teams to achieve campaign goals

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken English and Assamese; Hindi is a plus
- Confident, persuasive communication, with good listening and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls and following up consistently
- Basic CRM and MS Office / Google Workspace skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and driven by targets
- Willingness to work a fixed day shift from the office

Good to have: Knowledge regarding IT, software, SaaS, or website development.
