About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to represent our luxury Jewellery brand and deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to every client visiting our store.

The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that the store maintains the highest standards of client service, ambience, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Hospitality: Welcome clients warmly, ensure a pleasant arrival and departure experience, and guide them to the appropriate Jewellery Consultant.
- Store Ambience Management: Ensure all lights, screens, diffusers, and designated music systems are switched on and functioning properly.
- Refreshment Service: Offer and serve water, tea, coffee, and juice with proper etiquette, presentation, and hygiene.
- Daily Store Checks: Monitor cleanliness, fragrance, music, restrooms, display units, and the quality of refreshments and snacks.
- Store Aesthetics Audits: Conduct fortnightly audits of carpets, curtains, furniture, screens, jewellery trays, restrooms, and other store elements.
- Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain records of daily checks and fortnightly audits using Google Sheets, including timestamped photographs wherever required.
- Hygiene Standards: Ensure refreshments are served with tissues or wet wipes and maintain proper hygiene practices, especially before handling jewellery.
- Service Standards: Maintain a polished, client-friendly environment while ensuring that hospitality standards are consistently followed.

Skills & Qualifications

- Candidate with a pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, courteous, and client-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality, customer service, or luxury retail etiquette is preferred.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, smartphones, and mobile applications for documentation.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and client hospitality.
