Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its operations in Jaipur and is looking for active, motivated, and result-oriented candidates to join our Sales & Support team.

We welcome freshers as well as experienced candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and client coordination. No technical background is required. Complete job-related training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's services.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain client records and update lead status in the company's CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
- A proactive attitude with an interest in sales, follow-ups, and client handling.
- Ability to work towards targets and maintain professional client relationships.
- No technical or research background is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
