Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented CRM & Guest Help Desk Executive to manage customer enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, service requests, and customer records across showroom and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other assigned channels.
- Record and update customer information, enquiries, interactions, and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate customer complaints, repair requests, product enquiries, and service issues with the relevant departments.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, prospective purchases, orders, and customer requests.
- Support birthday, wedding anniversary, repeat-customer, and customer-retention campaigns.
- Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and ensure timely CRM updates.
- Escalate unresolved complaints and urgent cases to the appropriate manager.




- Maintain professional communication and protect customer confidentiality.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, pending follow-ups, complaints, and resolutions.

Eligibility

- Graduate qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service, CRM, guest relations, or help desk experience preferred.
- Solid Tamil and English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, email, and WhatsApp-based customer communication.
- Patient, organised, service-oriented, and capable of handling multiple enquiries.

- First-response time.
- Customer complaint resolution time.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Enquiry-to-sale conversion support.
- CRM data accuracy.
- Customer satisfaction and unresolved case backlog.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
