Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-focused Reservation Associate to manage guest reservations, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth booking experience across our resorts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries regarding room reservations.
- Provide accurate information about room categories, tariffs, packages, availability, and resort facilities.
- Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and booking confirmations.
- Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the reservation system or booking tracker.
- Coordinate with resort teams regarding room availability, guest arrivals, special requests, and booking status.
- Follow up with prospective guests to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure accurate communication of booking terms, payment policies, cancellation policies, and special offers.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent guest service.




- Prepare daily reservation reports and share booking updates with the concerned team.
- Support the sales and reservations team in achieving booking and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or tourism qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office, customer service, or hospitality sales will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and online booking platforms.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in the assigned shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

- Location: Pandav Hotels Kasturba Nagar, Bhopal.
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Gender Eligibility: Male / Female.
