Job Description
Vasudha Kids Gurukul is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA fresher to join our team as a Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will help promote the school, increase student admissions, build relationships with parents, and strengthen the school's presence in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Vasudha Kids Gurukul and its educational programs.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase student admissions.
- Conduct local visits and outreach activities to promote the school.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and the local community.
- Coordinate school promotional campaigns, events, and admission drives.
- Assist with social media marketing and branding activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for school promotion.
- Maintain admission enquiry records and submit regular activity reports.
- Work towards admission and marketing targets assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM graduate, preferably in Marketing or Management.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with the school management team.
