Job Description – Service Staff / Service Boy

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Clear tables and arrange dining areas for the next guests.
- Respond politely to customer requests.
- Follow food safety, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Support the team during busy service hours.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
