Key Responsibilities :-

Admission Counselor:

- Guide students and parents regarding Merchant Navy courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the admission team to achieve enrollment targets.

Receptionist:

- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming calls and handle general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with students, parents, and staff.




- Maintain visitor records and assist with administrative activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and qualified attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in counseling, telecalling, or front office operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
